For the next few days, I'll be reviewing some of Benny Bully's products. I had never heard of this company until meeting them at a recent veterinary conference. As a disclosure, I should say that they provided me with numerous different samples to try (well, for JP, my 11-year-old pit bull to try).
These small sized snacks are great for hours of Kong-stuffing entertainment, or as a reward for training. Best of all, Benny Bully's claims to have developed an innovative cutting and drying process which is an alternative to conventional food preservatives, making their products chemical-free. No additives, fillers, coloring, or preservatives are used in any of the products. The scary thing is some of their products are touch-unfriendly. In other words, when you're feeding the "chicken heart chops," you're basically handing your dog a small, dried, chicken heart. Yuck for the squeamish. Yeah for the dog however! JP races for these Benny Bully's treats, and absolutely, positively begs for these things. Finally, an irresistible treat for the picky!
